What is the best way to become rich in India?

1. Starting Your Blog (Website)
Do I sound too technical? Well! For your information I would like to say that you do not have to possess website designing knowledge to start a blog. Any person can start a blog (a blog is a website) because it is a as easy as starting an email account.
Now you might be thinking that it must take huge money to start a blog. Absolutely no. It takes around Rs 100/- to get a domain name (your website’s name e.g.xyz.com) and around Rs 200/- to host your website. You pay for your domain name annually (Rs 100/-) and you pay monthly for your hosting fees (Rs 200/-). The big deal is that while you pay just Rs 200/- per month for maintaining your site, you may end up earning thousands of dollars every month form your site.

2. Investing In The Stock Market
Have you heard about Rakesh JhunJhunWala? If not then let me have the privilege to introduce him to you. Rakesh JhunJhunWala is the billionaire stock investor from India. His investing style is based on Warren Buffett’s ( The multi-billionaire investor) style of investing. For all those who say that it takes a million dollars to make a million dollar, I would suggest them to read the stories of these two people who turned their thousands to billions.
You too join the league of multi-millionaire investors if you can maintain the discipline they maintained. You can start with just a few thousand rupees and then end up hoarding lakhs in a few years. However, I would suggest you to read books that describe Warren Buffet’s style of investing. He is wisest living investor on earth.

3. Writing An E-Book
Amanda Hocking was a poor dish washer. She liked writing novels and thus did write a few ones. However, the world is too cruel and therefore no publisher was willing to publish her novels. Hence, she decided to self publish her novels at amazon.com. Now, she is a millionaire. You too can become a millionaire writing and selling ebooks.

4. Selling Products On eBay
Many people are earning their daily bread at eBay.in. You too can join the league and earn income from ebay.
If you are creative and like things like :
  • designing T-shirts
  • making soft toys
  • making cute gifts, etc.
then you can open your shop at ebay.in.
If you are not creative in these matters, no problem, you can do what most retailers do : Purchasing certain items at wholesale price and then listing them at eBay at a higher price. The difference will belong to you and the difference will be enough to make you rich.
There is one more method. If you find someone around you, who is creative at arts and crafts, but doesn’t know how to sell his/her products then you can buy the products from him/her and then sell them at higher price at eBay.in.

5. Opening Your Own Online Store
The 4th advice was about making money through eBay.in, the 5th advice is to kick out the broker (eBay) and start your own online store. It may look hard but you just have to follow the following steps:
  • Start a website
  • List the products you want to sell. ( It is not necessary for you to manufacture the products. You can buy products at wholesale price and then sell them at a higher price)
  • Use ccavenue.com to receive the payments
  • Use a courier service to deliver the products

6. Buying Land
This method needs some money but has a sure return. You will not get a house loan to buy land but you can take the help of  personal loan to buy one. The concept is buying a large piece of land at the prevailing price and then selling off after a few years when the price has skyrocketed. But, I suggest you to read a few good books on real estate investing before purchasing land.
You shouldn’t buy land according to someone else’s advice. A purchase of land should be completely based on your own calculation. Hence you will have to prepare yourself to take an informed decision by reading books and articles on real estate investing.

Have you noticed something common in all above sources of income?
Alright, take the time to figure it out.
They all keep generating income for you even if you're enjoying your holidays in Las Vegas or sleeping in your coach or bathing, eating, dancing, running or whatever, freaky activities you do.
Might be somebody buying your book on the other globe while you're sleeping.
Or might be the stock you purchased announced the dividend while you're having sex.
Or might be somebody is buying a product on your blog while you're enjoying your weekend watching Sultan movie.
What I want to say is that passive income is something which will keep generating income for you like a cash generating machine even if you're doing nothing.
Here's the shocker:
But creating that source is not an easy task. You had to work your ass hard to make that machine.
"Sowmay, why the heck are you're wasting your time making the blog all day?" people ask me.
The only reason is it's a source of passive income for me. Of course, not now but in future. Initially, I would have to work hard to make that source of passive income and once it is done, cash will keep depositing in the bank account for doing nothing or may be, little.
I'm not here to tell you how to make money blogging. There are many masters out on the web to teach you that. Just have a Google search.
However, if want me to help you make a blog? Have a tweet @sowmay_jain
"Sowmay, Is there any example who make their livelihood on just this passive income?"You might ask.
And Yeah! there are many.
Pat Flynn from smartpassiveincome.com:
This guy is creating wealth (read his mind dazzling income statement) online and helping others to do same. Go on, have a visit to his site. I'll wait.
Another best example would be The Bucket List Family:
They are a family of 4 (A couple and their 2 kids). They have no home (in other words, the world is their home).
What do they do?
Nothing, they just travel all over the world and chronicle their adventures on their blog (link).
From where they manage the funds?
Again, that's what the beauty of passive income. Entrepreneur Garrett Gee decided to ditch the regular lifestyle and travel the world after selling Scan, a mobile scanning app he co-founded, to Snapchat in 2014. The deal for Gee and his co-founders was valued at $54 million at the time — $30 million in cash and the rest in equity in Snapchat.
So now he and his family are enjoying the return from Snapchat shares and enjoying spending cash all over the world. The most remarkable point is: He is not participating in the management of Snapchat for even a single minute.
Could an android app considered as a source of Passive Income?
Heck, YES.
Anything which creates wealth for you even if you're not working should be considered as a source of passive income.
Think of this: All Time Popular Game "Clash Of Clan"
Ilkka Paananen, CEO of game developer company "Supercell" are making money while you're wasting time playing the game.
Remember, how people burn their money for buying virtual GEMS.
So now think it in this way, you're playing the game here in India and his owner sleeping in the US.
Here's the relevant news shot:
You pay, he earns.
Think of it in this way (in perspective of books):
You wrote an awesome book "XYZ" by scratching your ass for 1 full year. In a couple of months, you got featured as a best-seller. People was just crazy on the book. Every 1 in 5 read the book.
Notably, You worked hard for 1 year to create that awesome product (book) but now even if you don't work, the book will keep selling year after year. People will keep reading it and referring others even after you die.
There are many popular books out there for years. You can get a peek on Amazonhere. E-commerce made the complicated work of allocating books easy.
Do you know, who Chandler Bolt is?
If you’re an introvert, like me, you probably do.
But if you’re part of the other 99.9% of the world extroverts, who isn’t super hyper about“this internet marketing stuff”, you’ll have never heard of this man.
Then what the hell is he doing with this headline on Business Insider?
How did he get on there?
Is he rich or something? Yes. Yes indeed.
That’s part of the beauty of Passive Income.
This 21-year-old kid dropped his college and made hundreds of thousands of dollars, right from his kitchen table.
No connections. No need for fame, magazine interviews, talk show visits or acting classes (you know, to act in a blockbuster movie).
Just a book made the change. Now he is helping other on his website to publish best-selling books like he did (5 best selling book author).
That's the one example. There are many out there. Warren Buffett in Equity Investment, Robert T. Kiyosaki in Real Estate etc.
If you had read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki then you may have understood the topic more clearly. When I first read it, I was so much influenced that I run outside and tried some lessons from the book.
Let’s take a look at the secret of creating Wealth?

Can Internet Marketing Be a Long Term Business?

Here is the basic honest truth: most of the people get into Internet Marketing because they are convinced it is an easy way to earn quick money. Their approach is to make a fast website, put up some advertising and a few affiliate links and then sit back and watch while they earn real cash. There are a large amount of individuals who do this and also earn lots of money on the internet. But what if you want more than some extra or even quick cash (quick cash, naturally being a misnomer)? Can Internet Marketing really be leveraged to produce a worthwhile and long term career?

The quick and dirty answer is that yes, you are able to make Internet Marketing your long term and sustainable career. You only need to take on the project properly. The procedures and programs you use to build something to earn fast money are not all that different than the methods and systems you will use to build long term profits. So what would you do if you need to develop a sustainable career on the internet?

It is very important that the first thing you do, in order to earn long term money online, is accept the fact that you are going to have to do real work. You will have to do actual and real work on a daily basis and you will have days when you feel fantastic about what you do and days when you wish you could find something else to take on. This causes it to be just about like every other occupation that is out there. If you want to produce lasting cash flow by working lots right now and not at all later on then you are going to be in for a rude awakening in a little while. So be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

There are a few ventures that lend themselves much better to a long term career than others will. Affiliate marketing, to use one example, is a great task for someone who wants to earn money on a part time basis or to supplement your already existent income. Is it truly possible to earn a full time income in this manner? You could if you pick out only the right products and then work like crazy to promote them. A far better approach, nevertheless, is to create your own products or websites and then promote those. This gives you full control over the projects you take on and how you accomplish them. And you will end up more likely to stick with it in the long run. If you want to give a service on the web this works much the same way. Writers, for example, need to create websites for themselves and create portfolios that they can point to as examples of their work.

Finally, perhaps the most significant thing that you need to recognize is that, when you want to build a long term and reliable income on the internet, you need to truly dedicate yourself to your task. You might have fun and feel rewarded by your efforts but first you should tell yourself "yes, I really want to do this." Making a half hearted effort is not about to get you anywhere.

New Apple Ingredient Discovery Keeps Muscles Strong!

Natural Component of Apple Peels Found To Help Prevent Muscle Weakening

In search of an effective method to prevent muscle wasting that comes with illness and aging, researchers have located a natural compound that is very promising.

The findings reported in the June issue of Cell Metabolism (a Cell Press publication), identify a natural component of apple peels known as Ursolic Acid as a promising newnutritional therapy for the widespread and debilitating condition that affects nearly everyone at one time or another.

"Muscle wasting is a frequent companion of illness and aging," explained researchers from The University of Iowa, Iowa City. "It prolongs hospitalization, delays recoveries and in some cases prevents people going back home. It isn't well understood and there is no medicine for it."

The research team first looked at what happens to gene activity in muscles under conditions that promote weakening. Those studies turned up 63 genes that change in response to fasting in both people and mice and another 29 that shift their expression in the muscles of both people who are fasting and those with spinal cord injury. Comparison of those gene expression signatures to the signatures of cells treated with more than 1300 bio-active small molecules led them to ursolic acid as a compound with effects that might counteract those of atrophy.

"Ursolic Acid is an interesting natural compound," they said. "It's part of a normal diet as a component of apple peels. They always say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away..."

The researchers next gave Ursolic Acid to fasted laboratory subjects. Those experiments showed that ursolic acid could protect against muscle weakening as predicted. When ursolic acid was added to the food of normal subjects for a period of weeks, their muscles grew. Those effects were traced back to enhanced insulin signaling in muscle and to corrections in the gene signatures linked to atrophy.

The subjects given ursolic acid also became leaner and had lower blood levels of glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides. The findings therefore suggest that ursolic acid may be responsible for some of the overall benefits of healthy eating.

"We know if you eat a balanced diet like mom told us to eat you get this material," the researchers explained "People who eat junk food don't get this."

It is not yet clear whether the findings will translate to human patients, but the goal now is to "figure out if this can help people." If so, they don't yet know whether Ursolic Acid at levels that might be consumed as part of a normal diet might or might not be enough.

Ferrari 458 Italia Manettino, Launch Control and Interior

The 458 Italia is equipped with a racing manettino switch leading toward more sporting set ups and giving the driver a wider selection of electronic controls parameters. The ICE setting saw in the F430 has been removed, while the CT setting has been added in order to deactivate the traction control and at the same time maintain the stability control. There are five different manettino positions and conditions: Low Grip, Sport, Race, CT and CTS. Low Grip setting provides maximum grip under all driving conditions, and it is particularly suited for low grip surfaces. The emphasis is on comfort and stability without compromising the handling. Sport is the best setting for day to day driving and guarantees great safety under good grip. Race is particularly suitable for track driving providing maximum performance and stability in optimal grip situations. CT helps the driver improving his driving skills in safety, by keeping active the stability control. It allows over-steer right to the edge of the car’s limits and guarantees enhanced driving pleasure and fun behind the wheel, particularly on the track. Under CTS setting, both stability and traction control systems are deactivated, giving the driver maximum freedom and control on the track. No electronic systems intervene on the vehicle stability with the exception of E-diff3 and ABS.

On the 458 Italia, the driver can decouple the suspension damping from the electronic configuration selected on the manettino. The suspension decoupling button offers improved “filtering” of uneven road surfaces in order to improve performance and handling on uneven broken surfaces, such as the ones at the Nürburgring race track.

The launch control button is instead designed to offer the best possible acceleration from standstill. It delivers the maximum possible torque to the ground and prevents wheel spin as the car accelerates away. Its activation is indicated in the instrument panel. To start using the Launch control, the manettino must be selected on race, CT or CTS setting. With the car still at standstill, the driver then needs to put the gearbox in manual, selects first gear, pushes the launch control, presses the accelerator pedal and then releases the brake pedal.

The stylistic interior choices developed by Ferrari Centro Stile reflect a functional, ergonomic cockpit design. The driver is set in the center of a streamlined and intuitive layout, which is very much in line with the marquee’s signature styling cues.

Key Benefits of Cloud-based, Paperless Technology

While a completely paperless approach might not be possible yet, the paperless technologies are already having significant impacts on the traditional businesses. A paperless environment is beneficial for both the company and the environment. Here are the most prominent ways about how cloud-based paperless technology is changing traditional businesses.
Enhancing Data Security
Regardless of their type, all businesses are conscious about the security and integrity of their confidential documents. Ensuring the maximum amount of privacy for these business documents is a critical determiner of developing a successful business. The traditional ways of handling documents are not capable of ensuring the reliable security for these documents. While the available options include locking the files in a cabinet, shredding them etc., these are definitely not full-proof approaches to data protection. If these documents are accessed on a regular basis, these security approaches can make the process more difficult, resulting with a reduced level of business productivity.
Creating a paperless environment is the perfect antidote to this kind of intriguing problems. As there will be no physical copies of your confidential business documents, there will be fewer chances of violating the document integrity. The documents will be shared with your company personnel only, which mean no outsider will have access to your business documents.
As an added layer of security, you can assign specific roles to your employees and set role-specific access to the critical files. By doing this, you can make sure that the confidential files are not shared with unnecessary people. Various cloud-based Document Management System (DMS) includes a smart feature called revision tracking. This feature constantly tracks the changes made in your files. You can review the changes, accept or reject them, or restore a previous version of the file.
Reliable Document Repository
Modern businesses need quick access to all the necessary information. This is critical when you need to make quick decisions. Unfortunately, the traditional paper-based system provides no easy way of finding the necessary information within seconds. Sorting through all the files and folders will definitely take some time. In case of larger companies, there will be a huge amount of documents. It will be a challenge to organize all these documents in a systematic way. Then, there is also the issue of document storage. You will need things like drawers, cabinets and electrical equipment like printer, copier etc. to create and store the documents. If you want to keep multiple backups of your documents, the total expenses could easily become twice or thrice the original amount.
You won’t have to face any of these issues when using paperless technologies. Since paperless systems are totally devoid of papers, you don’t have to worry about the best ways to manage your documents. It also reduces the necessity of any storage solutions. You can keep multiple backups at the fraction of the original cost. The paperless systems make it very easy to increase or decrease your virtual storage requirements.
One of the biggest advantages of using a cloud-based DMS is to enjoy a better and faster way of organizing your documents. When you have all your business documents uploaded to the cloud, you can find the necessary document with a few mouse clicks. Paperless technologies also make it a lot easier to collaborate and/or share various documents between groups of people.
Reducing the Overall Expense
Decreasing the operations cost is one of the main targets for any business. Among the various ways of doing this, going paperless is one of the fastest and most rewarding ways. When you are relying on papers for regular business operations, you are opting into several unnecessary expenses.
First of all, there is the obvious cost of buying papers. Then, you need to buy printer and copier machines. You will need ink, toner and cartridge for the equipment. They also need regular maintenance. And if you are running large-scale operations, you may have to employ a full-time staff for the printing and copying purposes. Because paper-based system reduces your business efficiency, it is also increasing your operation expenses.
As you can guess, going paperless takes care of all these issues. As the whole process will be virtual, you won’t have to deal with paper anymore. That means no more paper, printing or copying equipment buying, energy bills or the maintenance expenses. While there is a fee for using the document management systems, it is very nominal compared to the traditional approach.
As I have discussed above, paperless technologies will increase your overall efficiency. Going paperless also makes it a lot easier to share the same document with multiple individuals. Instead of making multiple copies of the physical document, you can share a link to the document and everyone can access the file from their laptop, computer or smartphone.
Eco-friendly Business Approach
When you rely on a paper-based system, you naturally use a lot of paper. According to one estimate, an average office worker in the USA uses about 10,000 pieces of paper every year. And the trend of paper usage is increasing at a significant process. Tree and fresh water are the two main ingredients of paper. Therefore, increasing paper usage means more use of these precious resources. If the current rate of paper consumption continues, we will lose all the rainforests within the next 100 years. The paper manufacturing process releases a lot of harmful substances, making it the third-most polluting manufacturing process in the USA and Canada.
When you go paperless, you are actually eliminating all these harmful processes. When you factor in the paper carrying, distribution, printing, electricity usage etc., the effect is huge. By implementing a cloud-based DMS in your business, you can play your part in saving the environment.
Automated Backups
Losing a necessary file could bring unnecessary complications in your life. Every business follows some established rules in their daily operations. Losing access to a file or misfiling a document could be fatal to these kinds of setups. One way to avoid these problems is to keep multiple backups of the necessary documents. But as we have seen in the discussion above, keeping multiple backups of your physical documents bring additional issues like extra storage, paper and printing cost, data privacy etc.
Can you guess the best solution to handle this kind of situation? If you said using a paperless technology, you are absolutely right. When using cloud services, you can easily keep multiple backups of your necessary business documents at little to no cost at all. What’s more, some DMS automatically creates multiple backups of your uploaded files and store them in different servers.
Seamless Integration
In the modern age, businesses are making use of various latest tools and technologies. When your business relies on the paper-based system, you can’t establish a reliable communication channel with the modern tools. You have to input the data manually and handle the outputs on your own.
On the contrary, cloud-based document management systems feature complete integration with the modern business tools. Once you complete the basic configurations, these systems can provide the data input without any manual intervention and store the output for further inspection. In the future, paperless technologies are expected to get better at their communication with the other business tools. If you start the process now, you will be able to reap these future benefits without any delay.

Robots That Teach Each Other

The robot can work around the clock, frequently with a different object in each of its grippers. Tellex and her graduate student John Oberlin have gathered—and are now sharing—data on roughly 200 items, starting with such things as a child’s shoe, a plastic boat, a rubber duck, a garlic press and other cookware, and a sippy cup that originally belonged to her three-year-old son. Other scientists can contribute their robots’ own data, and Tellex hopes that together they will build up a library of information on how robots should handle a million different items. Eventually, robots confronting a crowded shelf will be able to “identify the pen in front of them and pick it up,” Tellex says.
Projects like this are possible because many research robots use the same standard framework for programming, known as ROS. Once one machine learns a given task, it can pass the data on to others—and those machines can upload feedback that will in turn refine the instructions given to subsequent machines. Tellex says the data about how to recognize and grasp any given object can be compressed to just five to 10 megabytes, about the size of a song in your music library.
Tellex was an early partner in a project called RoboBrain, which demonstrated how one robot could learn from another’s experience. Her collaborator Ashutosh Saxena, then at Cornell, taught his PR2 robot to lift small cups and position them on a table. Then, at Brown, Tellex downloaded that information from the cloud and used it to train her Baxter, which is physically different, to perform the same task in a different environment.
Such progress might seem incremental now, but in the next five to 10 years, we can expect to see “an explosion in the ability of robots,” says Saxena, now CEO of a startup called Brain of Things. As more researchers contribute to and refine cloud-based knowledge, he says, “robots should have access to all the information they need, at their fingertips.”
